An emulator is a set of software instructions that tells a computer (in this case, the Raspberry Pi) how to behave like a different computer (in this example, various Video Game consoles). This guide will show you the minimum setup needed to get going with your own Raspberry Pi powered retro gaming unit. It is feature-rich and allows quite a bit of customization.
